内蒙古科锐化工有限公司成立于2019年8月,注册资金4500万元,公司宗旨为科学立本,锐意进取。公司从事香料、医药及其中间体的研发、中试及生产与销售。可自主生产胡椒醛全系列产品。公司位于内蒙古阿拉善盟高新技术产业开发区巴音敖包工业园规划六街,规划总面积为200845平方米,项目总投资为56937.20万元(一期工程为28468.60万元,二期工程为28468.60万元)其中:建设投资为51937.20万元,铺底流动资金为5000万元。本项目分两期建设,项目全部建成投产后,年生产1000吨胡椒醛及800吨胡椒醛下游产品(200吨胡椒酸、200吨胡椒醇、200吨芝麻酚、200吨新洋茉莉醛)。
公司依托上海交通大学及华东理工大学的实验平台,深化产、学、研相结合,进一步优化生产工艺,打造高新技术,从而达到工艺技术先进,国内领先水平。该项目采用反应釜进行减温减压工艺,优化生产配比,采用先进智能化的DCS控制系统以及完善的监控系统,以提高产品质量、劳动生产率和装备水平,降低单位产品物耗、能耗的工艺技术,不断的优化达到节能降耗的目的。在胡椒醛项目的基础上,做到生产工艺与高校实验平台相结合,产品质量与国际市场相接轨,公司发展与环保理念相同步。做到生产一代,预研一代,横向拓宽国际领域,纵向展望企业长远规划。

We can independently produce all series of piperonal products. The company is located in the sixth planning street of Bayin Aobao Industrial Park, Alxa League High tech Industrial Development Zone, Inner Mongolia, with a total planning area of 200845 square meters. The total investment of the project is 569.372 million yuan (284.686 million yuan for Phase I project and 284.686 million yuan for Phase II project), including 519.372 million yuan for construction investment and 50 million yuan for initial working capital. The project will be constructed in two phases. After the project is completed and put into operation, 1000 tons of piperonal and 800 tons of piperonal downstream products will be produced annually (200 tons of piperic acid, 200 tons of piperonol, 200 tons of sesamol, 200 tons of neomarinal).
