2023年4月25日由乌海市海南区商务主办，华盛森尔威乌贸通外综服承办，开展了首次“海南区外贸企业培训交流会”。海南区是乌海市重要工业园区，通过外贸培训，提升海南区企业外贸出口能力，开展属地通关工作，会上海南区商务局局长曾局对外贸资金回笼及乌海市及海南区外贸政策进行宣讲，鼓励企业开展自主外贸。

On April 25, 2023, the first "Hainan District Foreign Trade Enterprise Training and Exchange Conference" was held, hosted by Hainan District Commerce of Wuhai City and organized by Huasheng Sen'er Weiwu Trade Tong Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service. Hainan District is an important industrial park in Wuhai City. Through foreign trade training, it aims to enhance the export capacity of enterprises in Hainan District and carry out local customs clearance work. Zeng, the director of the Shanghai South District Bureau of Commerce, will promote the withdrawal of foreign trade funds and foreign trade policies in Wuhai City and Hainan District, encouraging enterprises to develop independent foreign trade.
